Store in a cool, dry place and eat or sprinkle directly from the bag.
These are not the kind of snacks you put out at a party (although they ARE worth celebrating) due to the fact that seaweed always wants to return to its natural watery state and absorbs every moisture molecule it comes in contact with.
If you do chose to put them out and they soften, just pop them onto a baking sheet and into the oven at 250° F for 4-5 minutes to re-crispify them!
